Use the form on the right to describe your question or problem, and to upload the radiograph (X-ray), a digital file given by the doctor’s office where it was taken.

If not sure how to do it, follow these steps: make a folder on your desktop and name it “radiograph”. Copy all the files you got from the dentist office to that folder. Right click on that folder and choose “Send to” and then “Compressed (zipped) folder”. A zip file called “radiograph.zip” will be created. This is the file you want to upload here. Click the button “Choose file”, navigate to your zip file and upload it.

If you have only hard copy, take a photo of it, placed against very strong light. Supported types of files are: jpg, jpeg, png, rar and zip.
